1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using LawnMaps ("the Service"), operated by Byte Bridge ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

LawnMaps provides lawn mapping, zone management, care scheduling, product calculation, and related tools. Features may change at any time without notice.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at support@lawnmaps.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Subscriptions & Billing

LawnMaps offers a free tier and paid Pro subscriptions. Payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing to a paid plan you agree to pay the applicable fees. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time through the Stripe customer portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of any data you submit to the Service, including property boundaries, zone data, and calendar events. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store and process your content solely to provide and improve the Service. We do not sell your content to third parties.

6. Prohibited Conduct

• Using the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempting to interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
• Scraping, crawling, or automated data collection
• Impersonating another person or entity
• Circumventing usage limits or access controls

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Lawn care recommendations, product calculations, and weather data are provided for informational purposes only. We are not liable for any damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service, including but not limited to damage to property or landscaping.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may request deletion of your data by contacting us.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of material changes.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
